High resilience foam, also known as cold foam. Is a low hysteresis, low modulus polyamide foam, which is produced without heating and aging, with high resilience (ball springback) and higher comfort (compression factor) 2.7). Generally, high active polyethers and r or polymer polyols (or polychromatic dispersions polyols) with isoprid content of 7 50'6 (moles) are prepared with isocyanates. It can be produced in block and molded foam molding processes. Mainly used in transportation and furniture industry.
